Hi! We are currently looking for two housemates for our community house in Dorchester. Our family has lived in community by renting our third floor bedrooms to amazing young adults for the last 15 years. Third floor bath is shared by tenants. Large first floor is furnished shared space – kitchen, dining room, living room, pantry, half bath.

House is in Upham’s Corner, close to buses and commuter rail. 1 mile to the red line. Short walk to the library and a grocery store. Plenty of street parking, laundry in unit, utilities included. $1000/month.
