Hello all!
I am looking for a roommate starting Jan 1.
Rent is $1600/mo plus utilities (roughly $100/mo).
I’m a Christian with an awesome cat in East Cambridge (15 min walk to Kendall/MIT, Lechmere T stations).
My current roommate got a great job in SF and is moving out in January. Move-in time is flexible for the right person, but I would prefer to have someone sooner rather than later!
