Looking for a roommate, or a room to rent with a move in date of 8/15, 9/1 (or sooner). I have two 2 bedroom apartments in Medford picked out. I’ve started conversations with the landlord. I just need to find a roommate so I can move forward in the process of signing a lease. I’d be happy to send you photos of the apartments, but it feels weird to post them without securing them.
A little bit about me: I am 30 years old female. By grace, I am in Christ and Christ is in me. I love a lot of different things like theology, bible study, assembly of the body- the church, working out, my friends, making stuff: painting, sewing, pottery, and baking- specifically muffins. I do have expectations for living habits and cleanliness but only because God has been gracious to teach me in my 20s. We would obviously talk about this before we lived together, and I would try to never shame you for things that bother me, rather, I would be direct with curiosity instead of criticism. I would hope you’d do the same. I truly have been saved by grace, and God is quick to convict if I step out of line. I go to bed early and I wake up early (like 9/10 pm and 5-7:30 am) . I work with college students, so sometimes my preference of sleep gets thrown off, but on those nights I try and be asleep by 11 pm.
