I’m Sara! Here’s a snapshot of what I’m looking for:

Lease:Â Searching for a 9/1/26 lease start

Budget: Up to $1,000–$1,500/month

Looking for: Room in a shared apartment, studio, or 1BR (would love in-unit laundry and dishwasher but not a must). Ideally with property managers or a responsible/responsive landlord

Neighborhoods: Greater Boston, preferably near the Red Line (Cambridge, Somerville, Braintree, Quincy, Brookline – especially Coolidge Corner – or South/North End). Open to other neighborhoods if they have good amenities and the commute to South Station is less than ~30min (it would be very rare for me to sign somehere that’s ~1hr away from work but it could happen, especially if everything else is checked)

Avoiding: I don’t want to live in a basement or somewhere where rent increases significantly each year

About me: 29, female, full-time paralegal at a law firm, no pets and no smoking

From/where I’ve lived: Raised in Rome, Italy, lived there 17 years; in Boston full time for the past 12 years
I’m happy to fill an open room if someone already has a place in mind, or if you’re apartment‑hunting and want a tag‑along, I’m game to join the hunt.

P.S.: I need enough space to fit a full size bed with a frame and a 63×31.5” desk with a chair (leaving some room to walk). If the room has also good closet storage and ample sunlight it will be a major sell for me.
