Meghan (40s F) and Anna (30s F), Emily (30s F) are seeking a female roommate for our 4-bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in Somerville for September 1st. Located on the second and third floors of a three-level house, the apartment is very spacious with a living room, dining room, and kitchen (with a dishwasher and gas stove), bathroom, and pantry. Free washer and dryer in the basement. There is plenty of storage space, a covered front and back porch. Two fridges! We have the living and dining room furniture but can make space for your things if you’d like. The room is on the 3rd level large size, sharing with just one other person. Its like the cost of a 2 bedroom for 4 people because it is up and away in the upper level.
The apartment is a mile from Davis Sq and a half mile from the buses on Broadway.
We keep the main spaces tidy and take turns buying shared items (paper towel, toilet paper, dish soap, etc.). Both roommates are working professionals with different schedules, but we try to low-key hangout and chat throughout the week if we’re home at the same time.
