We’re looking for a respectful female to take over my lease for June 1st—August 31st , with the option to renew the lease in September. There are no broker fees and last-month’s rent: only a 500.00 deposit if you wish to renew. It’s on top of Mission Hill, with a 15-20 minute walk to Longwood Medical Area. The green line is a 10-minute walk away, and the orange line 14 minutes. 66 bus is about 7 minutes away.
About the apartment: it is a two-bedroom on the fourth floor (thankfully with an elevator!), and supposedly it has the best view of Boston. 🙂 I’ll let you be the judge. The room has two windows and is pretty spacious. My current roommate is an outgoing missionary with a heart for university students.
The rent is 1,400.00 a month with no fees. Includes payable laundry on the ground floor, water and a parking spot. Electricity and Internet are extra. There is a working A/C unit in the living room, also a deck. If you are interested I can leave the pictured bed and the light-colored table and chair.
