Hi everyone, we are looking for a third roommate (female) for our three bedroom, 1.5 bath in Allston (2 minute walk from Griggs street station on the B line).
Move in date: At least by September 2025 (but can be flexible for an August move in date) to August 31st, 2026
Rent: $1070/month
Utilities and wifi: somewhere between $50-$100/month
Due at the time of signing: security deposit of $1,000, first month’s rent of $1070, and last month’s rent of $1070, $250 move-in fee (I know ridiculous but mandated by the building!)
Nearest grocery stores: Whole Foods (0.4 mi), Star Market (0.7 mi), Trader Joe’s (0.8 mi), Stop & Shop (0.7 mi)
Nearby cafes: Starbucks (400 ft), Pavement Coffeehouse (0.4 mi), Clear Flour (0.6 mi)
Public Transportation: Griggs Street (400 ft), 66 bus (Harvard Ave @ Commonwealth Ave)
You room: balcony access, has a bed and desk (but we can remove those if you are bringing in your own furniture)
About the roommates: My roommate (30) and I (26) are young working professionals in the healthcare field with hybrid schedules (sometimes working at home and sometimes at the office). We are pretty quiet and like to keep common spaces clean. We occasionally like to bring our friends over but always ask before!
