We are looking for a female (prefer Christian ) to take over a room in apartment located on 1 floor. You would be sharing with a christian family of two(mother and son 14 years old) home in Quincy MA! Also we have a cat. The house is Located close to the beach and Wollaston T around 15 min walk. We are very clean and quiet.
Info –
Rent: currently $1100 a month (utilities are separate and come out to about $50 to 100 per person).
Parking: There is plenty of free street parking (permit not needed)
Space: living room is fully furnished, has a spacious yard.
Bedroom: unfurnished, private
Bathroom and kitchen: shared
Washer/dryer: included in the basement
Transit: about a 20 minute walk/5 minute drive to the red line. There are buses located nearby for transit to the train.
