I’m looking for a female roommate for my shared 2 bedroom, first-floor apartment in Somerville. Rent is $1100 + 1 month deposit. Utilities are not included and run about $100 each ( includes gas heat, electricity and internet). Available starting April 1.
I have one young kitten, so must love and have patience for a cat.
Unfurnished bedroom 9’x 12′ with closet, furnished common spaces, large kitchen, shared enclosed front and back porches, free laundry in basement. It’s a great location! Lovely walking/biking paths and boathouse nearby, a short walk to Assembly Row and Orange Line MBTA. Lease is 1 year, with option to extend. On-street parking with annual Somerville resident parking pass.
