Looking for a Christian male housemate to rent room in 3Br 1 Bath apartment. Located in Oak Square neighborhood, 5 minute walk to Oak Square YMCA, Brighton Public Library, Oak Square shops and restaurants etc.

We’re looking for someone in their late 20s/early 30s, preferably a grad student or working professional.

Currently two tenants live in the apartment. 1 is a law student, the other is a working professional.

Water included, tenants pay heat and electricity. Wifi runs at $75/mo per person, heat/electricity vary.
