Seeking new home by January 2026

Christian single mother with a young child in search of a new home to move into by early January 2026.  Family would be co-signing.  Current lease ends soon and seeking either a spacious room for rent or an apartment.  For room, hoping for no more than $950 / month; for own apartment, seeking $2000/ month after utilities.  Hoping for kind responsive Christian landlords and / or roommates.  Open to all areas in MA at this point, currently residing in Quincy.  Ideally within range of public transit.  If near an affordable Christian elementary school even better.
