Seeking male temporary sublease for 3 months (May-June-July) OR seeking full year sublet, Jamaica Plain

Seeking temporary sublease for 3 months (for the months of May-June-July) on the second floor. Preferably male roommate. Once the sublease is completed, there is the option to stay in the same apartment house but move to the third floor which is slightly smaller for a complete full year lease (ending in July 2024). The house is in a Christian community called Greenhouse, which is located in Jamaica Plain. It consists of four houses connected with a common back porch. Rent is $830 plus utilities.
