This is a quiet home most of the time as we all have our individual lives and schedules. At times, we catch up with one another when we are preparing meals or using the common space. Occasionally we will have check-ins together, invite friends over, celebrate birthdays, and embrace spontaneous moments of community and life together. You’d be joining 3 amazing, hardworking women in this wonderful home!
There is 1 room available for a 1 month sublet starting August 1 2025 and a full-year lease starting September 2025 which will go until the end of August 2026. (Another room may be available for a full-year lease as well starting in the Fall 2025). You would be responsible for the first and last month’s rent upon moving in. The rent is $687.50/mo. and the 4 housemates split utilities together (gas, electric, and internet) which amounts to about an additional $100-$125 a month per person. (The rent amount may increase slightly starting in September but usually does not increase beyond $50 per housemate).
