Somerville summer sublet

I’m looking to sublet my room in Inman Square (Somerville) from May-August. I live with two other (fantastic!) women, and we’re looking for a female sub-letter. The room is in a three-bed apartment on the first floor of a Somerville triple-decker in walking distance to both Inman and Union Squares. Rent is $966/month, and utilities averaged around $40/month last summer. Both the living room and the kitchen are decent-sized with big windows. There are two bathrooms, a porch, and card-op laundry in the basement — there’s also a driveway that you can use if you’re happy to swap car order with other residents on a frequent basis! Street parking is pretty easy with a Somerville permit. The bedroom itself is slightly on the smaller side, but would comfortably fit a full-size bed. Shoot me an email or text if you’re interested!
