We’re looking for a subletter to fill a room in our home from mid-November/early December 2025 through August 31, 2026 (flexible move-in between November–January; *must commit through the end of the lease*). Also an option to review for September 2026 to August 2027.

Rent & Costs* Monthly Rent: $890
* Upfront: first month’s rent, security deposit, and discounted broker’s fee
* Lease: Dec 1, 2025 – Aug 31, 2026 (flexible start date Nov–Jan)
* Utilities: Gas & electric split among housemates
House VisionWe’re seeking a Christian woman in her 30s who is clean, responsible, and proactive. More than just roommates, we hope to create a space that is restful, peaceful, safe, worshipful, and hospitable.
We love Jesus and have a heart for prayer and worship together—praying over one another after our monthly dinners and more spontaneously as we do life alongside each other. Our rhythm includes:
* Quiet, low-key home life when it’s just housemates
* Hosting worship nights, prayer gatherings, and occasional game nights
* Larger worship gatherings every few months with different churches (you’re welcome to join and invite friends!)
The goal is to balance openness and hospitality with honoring each person’s need for rest and retreat at home.
