Hi everyone! We are an intentional Christian living community in Cambridge looking for one male subletter to join our community in our 5 bed/2 bath apartment in Central Square in Cambridge. The room is available May 1st, 2025 through September 1st, 2025. The rent is $1400/month excluding utilities and Internet.
We are a mix of postdocs and young professionals in our early 30s who love Jesus and are looking for a subletter who has a shared vision and desire for Christian community:
- Postdoc at the Broad Institute (MIT PhD alum)
- Postdoc at MIT (Harvard PhD alum)
- Young professional at a start-up (MIT Sloan alum)
- Young professional working in higher education (Harvard PhD alum)

- Amenities include:
- 1st floor bedroom
- Two refrigerators/freezers (one on each floor)
- Two in-unit washers, two in-unit dryers (two on each floor)
- Two common areas (one on each floor)
- 1 kitchen (1st floor) and 1 kitchenette (basement floor)
- Location offers easy access to public transportation via Central Square Red Line station and multiple bus lines, walking access to Harvard/MIT, and a variety of local amenities (restaurants, Target, CVS, Whole Foods, H-Mart).
