Location: It’s about 8 mins from Harvard T stop and its attendant bus stops, and less than 8 mins away from a lot of bus stops (including 69, 86, 68, 1, the Harvard shuttles (Lamont stop), the Longwood shuttle near the Harvard Art Museum). The best address for reference is 468 Broadway (which is where the Broadway Marketplace, a local grocery store, is located). It is close to the Cambridge Public Library and tennis courts.
It will be furnished: there will be at least a desk, chair, bed, dining table, dresser, shoe rack, bathroom shelves. There will be basic kitchen utensils left behind as well.
Two downsides: no laundry (there is a wash&fold only about 7 mins away; there’s also a delivery laundry service that some residents use); no AC (I do have about 5 big fans that I’m leaving behind).
I pay $2300/mo, which includes all utilities and WiFi. Looking for someone to take this for ~$2000/mo. It will be available anytime between May 25 and August 30.
