We’re looking for another Christian female to join our home starting in mid-June (move in date flexible). Our home is a sunny, spacious 3-bed, 1-bath located in the heart of Arlington Center — walking distance to Tatte, Kickstand (coffee shop), Spy Pond, Highrock Arlington, local library, and many more restaurants and shops. About 1 mile from Alewife via Mass Ave or the bike path, and 2-min walk from the nearest bus stop.
Your housemates would be two single Christian women in their late 20s, who love Jesus and enjoy a mix of solitude and community, enjoy occasionally hosting friends, and are committed to cultivating a calm, welcoming, and joyful home. We’re looking for another Christian woman with similar values to join us!
Your bedroom would be on the second floor, with a full closet, two windows, and ample space for a queen-sized bed, dresser, bookshelf, etc.
Common spaces include a spacious living and dining room, kitchen with walk-in pantry, full bath, sunny front porch, shared backyard, in-unit washer and dryer (in the basement), and a cozy mini guest room.
Rent is $950 / month + utilities (variable). Total monthly costs typically range from $1000 – $1100.
No pets (sorry).
Street parking is available (the town does charge a fee for overnight permits).
