I am looking for two female professionals or graduate students to fill two bedrooms in a beautiful 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom apartment in Central Square/Cambridgeport. Let me know if you are interested and want to see the apartment!
• $1275/month for smaller bedroom.
• $1290 for bigger bedroom.
• **Rent may increase by a small amount if landlady decides to raise rent for new lease.
• The lease officially starts on 8/1/22, but looking to have someone move in June into the smaller room and in July for the bigger bedroom.
Utilities: $40-$80/month (includes gas, electric, water)
Other Amenities: In-unit washer/dryer, private rooftop, heating and A/C (thermostat), parking spot per unit (ideal for someone who has a car!), large living/kitchen common area, hardwood floors throughout

About the apartment: The modern apartment is condo style in which the living room, kitchen and a bathroom are on the bottom floor and the bedrooms are on the second floor. The second floor has another set of stairs that lead to the private rooftop deck which is great for lounging outside when its nice outside! Both rooms available get a lot of natural sunlight and have spacious closets. The two roommates will share one bathroom. Both rooms can come furnished as my roommates are willing to sell their furniture. Here are some pictures.
About me: I work in fintech and have been working from home for the most part and go into the office usually once a week. I’m pretty low-key during the week because of work, but on weekends I like to go out and have fun. I usually go to bed around midnight and respect quiet hours in the late night. I value cleanliness and am looking for someone who’s responsible and has a similar life-style. I would love to be friends with my roommate and do some roomie social activities together!
No smoking/drug/pets please and must be vaccinated.
