There are two rooms available in the three-bedroom apartment, each with its own private bathroom:
- Room 1: $1318/month – Spacious enough for a full-size bed, with a closet and window for natural light
- Room 2: $1583/month – Very spacious, with a private en-suite bathroom (shower, no tub), a closet, and three windows for great natural light
- Other apartment features:
- Utilities range from $60–$90 on average (max around $125)
- Laundry in-building (on the second floor)
- Located on a quiet street with friendly, respectful neighbors
- Just a short 5-minute walk to Central Square T Station
About Your Roommate: I’m a 45-year-old high school art teacher, active member of Central Square Church (5 min from the home!), and enjoy cooking and working on my art. I enjoy sharing occasional meals and conversations but I also respect personal space and keep a peaceful home environment. I’m social but low-key, don’t personally drink but also don’t mind it, and have guests over occasionally but infrequently.
