Urgently seeking someone to sublease my 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom room in a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment

I’m urgently seeking someone to sublease my 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom room in a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment from September 1st to October 16th. The apartment is located in Quincy Center. The rent is approximately $1,500 per month, which includes utilities (Wi-Fi, electricity, heat/AC, etc.), and will be prorated for October.

The room has a private bathroom and the apartment features in-unit laundry, a dishwasher, and access to a gym in the building. 3-5mins walk to the T- station (bus, redline and the commuter rail).

Please DM me if interested. Also, you’re more than welcome to renew the lease as well if that works better for you. My roommate is moving out Oct 16th so you can have the whole 2b2b.
